Trained as a graphic designer, Russ spent over 20 years in advertising, working on recruitment and graduate marketing, progressing to creative director level, where he headed up creative and digital teams working with blue chip organisations including AstraZeneca, Deloitte and KPMG. Russ leads his creative and digital teams through strong design leadership which translates into concept development through to brand creation and embraces all the creative processes in between. Since joining Point 6, Russ’ work has included Europe-wide print, film and digital marketing campaigns for Philips Lighting and packaging solutions for Holland & Barrett – Europe’s leading retailer of Vitamins, Minerals and Herbal Supplements.
