What does Point 6 do?

Point 6 is a design and communications agency. We love working with brands. We create branding, digital marketing, marcoms, packaging, print, point of sale, websites and quite a lot more too. See a list of our services.

Where are you based?

What are you like to work with?

Open, flexible and friendly. We make sure we understand your brief and objectives first before we start work on anything. We don’t have account managers and every one of us is client-facing. Point 6 is committed to customer service. We will always try to help and we want you to have a good experience of working with us. How do Point 6 costs compare?

Anecdotally, we hear we’re good value. We only charge for the time we spend on a job and we will always estimate for a job in advance. If you’d like to talk to us about a specific project, please get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.

Are you responsive?

We like to think so. For example we planned, scripted, cast, filmed and produced four short consumer insight films for a global conference in around two weeks, much to the delight of our client. When we need to move quickly we will. Philips AVENT consumer insight films.

On a day-to-day level, we don’t have voicemail, so you’ll always get to speak to one of us. And if you email us we’ll get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

Do you have systems in place?

Yes we do. We have solid systems and we’re focused on delivery as well as quality. We have an online workflow management system which details clearly where we are at any given time in a project and what tasks have been completed as well as a cost overview, so you always know where you are.

We also have a comprehensive set of artwork and proofing checks, whether it’s digital, press or print – giving you the confidence you need that your job will be completed correctly and efficiently – we have quality systems that let you stay in control.

We can also set things up for you in a bespoke way if you prefer. We take a flexible approach, so if you have a particular way of working we’ll do or best to fit around you. Learn more about working with us.

Which is Point 6’s largest client?

We have worked with AVENT continuously since 1993 and it still accounts for our largest billing. Following the purchase of AVENT by Philips, we were instrumental in creating the new Philips AVENT brand. As a result we now work with other areas of Philips, for example Philips Lighting. Do you understand environmental issues?

Yes. As well as having our own environmental policy (we always aim to reduce waste and recycle everything we can), we have worked on projects where environmentally-friendly materials were essential and as much a part of the brand ethos as the print specifications. See our TotsBots work.

We’ve also helped market eco-friendly lighting to trade and consumers, taking on an educational role as much as a marketing one. See our work for Philips Lighting.

Aren’t you really all about packaging?

There’s no question we’re packaging experts. It’s been the base that Point 6 has built its design business on. We have a huge amount of packaging knowledge between us and we just love doing it.

But equally we’ve grown our business in other areas – we’re designing and producing an increasing amount of digital work for example and thinking of us as just a packaging specialist these days really doesn’t do us justice. We have a strong creative capability and work across a range of media.
