Portman Heritage rebranding

We designed this new identity and suite of marketing materials for Portman Heritage, based in Wigmore Street, London W1, to strengthen their brand presence in the prestigious residential property sales and lettings marketplace.

Website

The site provides international clients with advice and information on a portfolio of London’s premier properties. Our design solution, which features an updated logo, presents Portman Heritage’s portfolio using clear navigation and striking imagery. www.portmanheritage.com

Brochure

To further enhance and promote the Portman Heritage brand while adding to their range of materials, we undertook a complete redesign of their brochure. Striking high-gloss images, refined typography and prominent use of prestigious London place names gives a feeling of luxury and understated elegance.

Direct mail

To introduce Portman Heritage’s wide range of services to new customers, we produced this direct mail promotion, incorporating a tear-off reply card and envelope. Cleanly styled with clearly communicated messaging, this mailer has been effective while also reinforcing the company’s new brand image.

Signage

We also looked after those important little details too, creating new entrance signage for the Portman Heritage head office in Mayfair to complete the experience.
